Sorry it has taken me so long to contact you since I returned from my trip last week.
I just wanted to say a big thanks to you and everyone else involved in helping me organise my trip across China. I was very impressed by every bit of the service I received. The planning with you, our arrival and processing in Kashgar, all the way through Tibet and Everest, then along and out through Mohan.
All the guides and drivers were excellent and worked hard to make things go as smoothly as possible. I was very impressed.
Special thanks must go to the lady in Kashgar who took us through the entire bike and licence process in one single day. She worked very very hard to get that done and really did put in a lot of extra effort. I was surprised we got that done in such a short timeframe.
Tensin, our Tibetan guide, was excellent throughout. I don’t think the other riders saw how much effort he put in as we travelled about. I am so glad he got us through the G219 to Everest. When I heard there were military exercises and the road was closed I though we’d never make it but he got us through. He and the driver were excellent. Never far behind us and always there to help. I would happily use him again. The same with the driver, also excellent and very very helpful from start to finish.
The same with Andy who we met in Shangri-la. He was excellent. He helped me when our rider crashed and organised the hospital etc with no problem. I was very glad of his help!
We all had a fabulous trip though China and will have memories to last us the rest of our lives. I don’t think the riders realise how difficult this whole process is. As the tour leader I see the other side of it. I have to go to the police with the guide and often do all sorts of stuff they don’t see. They still complain but that is soft lazy westerners for you! They expect everything to be perfect, simple and straight forward.
I think I will take a break in 2018 but I plan to come back in 2019 and go to Everest with another group of riders. I will be in touch closer to the time and will definitely use you again to sort it out for me.

Subject: Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College, Newcastle- Exped to China.
We arrived in Chengdu and with all the prearranged transport and first night accommodation that was great and Edward arrived the next day to brief the team about the project and the trek. Edward was highly professional, good with the Challengers and nothing was too much of a problem.
