  7 hours Drive from Chengdu to Kangding, visit Luding Bridge and Nanwu Temple. Free time in the afternoon in Kangding County. Acclimate ourselves to the altitude.

 3 days trekking: starts from Zhonggu Village and ends in Tagong. Trekking in Mt.Yala
